at last, my shabby Greek is gone
Wednesday, March 8th, 2006Does anyone know where I can lay my hands on an English translation of the Codex Vaticanus that's more faithful than the King James text (especially one that might, somehow, preserve textual form)? My first impulse was to ask if there's a version rendered with modern Greek script as opposed to entirely unreadable (to me) fourth-century Uncial. But my Greek is so bad that I'd probably better just go for English.
